Notes
- Drain formula is (Blue Magic Skill x .11) x 7
- The beneficial effect absorption is similar to Aura Steal, but it cannot miss.
- Does not steal all abilities that can be Dispeled, but steals most.
- Does not work on Wamouracampa's Heat Barrier (Blaze Spikes) for example.
