Notes

• This ability is permanently added to a player's list of Phantom Rolls after using a Bolter's Die.
• Crooked Cards will add 20% boost to the movement speed increase, applied after Roll+ gear .
• Stacks multiplicatively with Movement Speed equipment and additively with Mazurka or Quickening. See Movement Speed for details.
  • With equipment of 12% Movement Speed, you need at least 43% from Bolter's Roll to hit the 60% cap.
    • With roll+5 Barataria Ring, you cannot cap without a Crooked Cards 11.
    • With roll+6 Commodore's Knife, you need a roll of 11 .
    • With roll+7 Regal Necklace or Lanun Knife, you need a roll of 3 or 11.
    • With roll+8 Rostam, you need a roll of 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, or 11.
  • With equipment of 18% Movement Speed, you need at least 36% from Bolter's Roll to hit the 60% cap.
    • With roll+5 Barataria Ring, you need a roll of 3 or 11.
    • With roll+6 Commodore's Knife, you need a roll of 3, 8, 10, or 11 .
    • With roll+7 Regal Necklace or Lanun Knife, you need a roll of 3 or higher (except unlucky 9)
    • With roll+8 Rostam, you need any roll (even unlucky 9)
