- Procure a File:Black Whisker icon.png Black Whisker, which drops from Slaughterous Smilodons or can be purchased on the Auction House.
- They are located north of Veridical Conflux #04.
- Trade the File:Black Whisker icon.png Black Whisker to Rahal (A) to complete the quest.
