Historical Significance

The Rala Waterways are a gigantic expanse of interconnected underground straits spanning from east to west by means of the Big Bridge. Always a popular subject of gossip amongst the citizenry, the two-hundred-year-old Waterways are not only a source of water for Adoulin; they're also regarded as a place of wonder and--according to rumor--a home to all manner of unfriendly creatures. As such, they are not open to the general public.

Unused Exit

The exit to Eastern Adoulin at (M-10) was never implemented for player use, interacting with it just mentions: A strange design is etched into the gate. See the official community representative reply from the forums[1]: From a story persepective, the Sluice Gate at (M-10) of Rala Waterways is a secret passage! However, this passage is only permitted to be used by high-ranking townspeople, such as members of the Twelve Orders of Adoulin, and it is not available to adventurers or ordinary townsfolk.

Notes

Rala Waterways lies below the city of Adoulin and hosts sections that have been put to
practical use. Portions of the area are populated with NPCs growing plants and researching wildlife.
The majority of the area contains aquatic enemies and features sluice gates that must be checked to open and close.

It is referenced that Mummers' Coalition holds raptor fights in the Waterways, an event that draws crowds.

Additionally Rala Waterways contains an Augural Conveyor at B-6 to enter a Skirmish event.
