- Sanguine Spikes drop from the Peiste Notorious Monster Gukumatz.
- Gukumatz spawns to the northeast of Conflux #7.
- Sanguine Spikes drop from the Peiste Notorious Monster Gukumatz.
- Trade the File:Sanguine Spike icon.png Sanguine Spike to Goraow (A) for your reward.
