Complete The Voracious Resurgence
Complete all 15 Peculiar Foe objectives.
Once all 15 NMs have been defeated, Elijah will reward you with 5 of this item.
Subsequent completion of individual objectives will reward 1 Item for every 3 NMs defeated.

Note: You may only obtain 5 Voracious Psyche per month.
