Notes

• Without Seigan active, Third Eye is consumed by the next attack from an opponent and the attack is "anticipated."
  • Anticipation negates the attack.
  • When used in conjunction with Saotome Haidate (must be worn while being attacked), Third Eye also has a chance to trigger Counter.
• With Seigan active, a Samurai will anticipate multiple attacks as well as have the opportunity to Counter (25% of the time).
  • Third Eye has a higher chance to be removed the longer it is active.
  • Multi-hit weapon skills and single-target monster abilities are counted as one hit while Third Eye is active.
  • Physical Area of Effect attacks will strip Third Eye.
• Unlike the Utsusemi series of Ninjutsu, Third Eye does not absorb magic.
