If something is NQ then it is superior to the previous item, obviously you HQ it. If it is HQ then the NQ is not sufficient compared to the previous item. This is the last cusp before you use a real gear guide, which this is not.

- An augmented Xiutleato will continue to be the best offhand for fodder or when accuracy is not an issue. Until better swords like the Nibiru Blade which also win on fodder.
- The overall reason for the body change is because I feel that overall at this point the accuracy and other stats provided by even the NQ Ayanmo body will be more important.

- This set overcaps you on DT with max augs. The cap is 50% (true cap is actually 51~52%, much like 25% gear haste is really 26%) so use Ayanmo +1 instead of Iuitl Pieces in this case.

- Use Ayanmo as needed for more accuracy. Keep your DW in mind (give it up in dire needs), and don't use Jhakri as it has no damn haste on it.

- Weaponskill Damage is ideal, but since you will replace this stuff, just keep what you have on your TP/CDC Taeon rather than double up piece. In which case you should just use Jhakri +1,

- The goal of PDT Hybrid is to safely DD while taking less damage. Sometimes you simply can't get the accuracy to do this and just wear a full DT set, but other times you can maintain a good hit rate while not eating the floor. The goal is to mix accuracy and DT gear.

- Voltsurge may be 1% less FC, but it is more rewarding (chapters and upgrade items) to go after rather than grind Meeble Burrows. In the end you cap without the 1%, and can use it for Sudden Lunge.

- No one makes an ambuscade cape just for Req. Use your WSD one or something.
|
- While the MDT cap is the same -50% as the PDT cap. Keep in mind that Shell V grants MDT while Protect does not do the same for PDT. In which case you only need ~26% MDT Gear with Shell V on. Use magic evasion items in the rest of the slots.
- DT works for all damage taken ,including breath. MDT, PDT, BDT, are obviously their respective reductions only.

And yes, we all know augmenting sucks for Skirmish gear, focus on the Taeon feet as those are the most important for TPing until . There is always Ayanmo NQ if you have no augments, or getting into Rawhide or Herculean, which is beyond the scope of this section.
