- Once defeated, the ??? will respawn after 15 minutes and will not move until Jailer of Fortitude is spawned again.
- Can use Invincible more than once.
- Assisted by two Kf'ghrahs.
- Becomes more powerful when they are defeated.
- Has very high resistance to melee damage (approximately 95%).
- Able to instantly return any spell cast on it back at the caster.
- Fortitude Torque seems to be a rather low drop rate.
