- Respawn window opens after 60 minutes.
- Casts only Flare with significant Fast Cast.
- Each cast will take about 1/3rd the normal time.
- Flare will hit level 75 players for upwards of 1,200 damage.
- Does not use any TP moves.
- Susceptible to Stun.
- Immune to Bind, Gravity, Silence, and Sleep.
