Hidden Effect:	When equipped while receiving Sanction, the player will receive bonuses for the duration of the sanction as if the current Imperial Defense Rating was one level higher than it actually is. Bonuses include an EXP bonus and the additional selected bonus when receiving Sanction. The Imperial Defense cap for this calculation is still level 8, so it will have no effect if the defense is already level 8. The crown can be removed after receiving Sanction.
