General Notes Spawned during the quest For Whom the Bell Tolls. Possesses very high magic evasion. As a result physical damage will be the best way to confront Deranged Ameretat. Above 50% it will use Bad Breath Below 50% it will use Extremely Bad Breath which is an immediate close range (~5'+) AoE death.
