• Equipment and Job Points modify the amount of HP gained via:
  • Floor( CurrentHP × ( 0.5 + 0.01~0.2 ) ) + CurrentMP
  • The amount of MP gained is unaffected by gear and Job Points; being always equal to your current HP at the time of conversion.
