• Speak to Fari-Wari in Aht Urhgan Whitegate (K-12) for a cutscene that begins the quest.
• Go to Wajaom Woodlands (C-8) to enter Halvung. Go to (H-11) and examine the ??? to acquire a Lilac ribbon.
  • Fastest way is using Wajaom Woodlands Survival Guide.
• Speak to Fari-Wari.
• Wait a game day and speak to Fari-Wari to complete the quest.

You may only get the cutscenes in Aht Urhgan Whitegate when General Rughadjeen is in Al Zahbi.
