Notes
- If you talk to him prior to sufficient progress in Aht Urhgan missions, he'll tell you to move along, and ponder where he's going to "find himself a merc with the right amout o' rep". You likely have to complete Aht Urhgan Mission 17 prior to the Remnants Permit being acquirable, as its related to Salvage.
- Having a Remnants Permit will unlock Unity Warps for Alzadaal (lv. 128) and Caedarva Mire (Map 4 / Hediva Isle)(lv. 135) without needing to acquire a Captain Wildcat badge.
