This is a grandfathered item, and is now impossible to obtain. It has been replaced by the Matrimony Ring.
Before the revamp of the wedding service, this item was specially created in a player's inventory by a member of Square-Enix's staff during a wedding ceremony. After two players (male and female only) were married at a ceremony, the rings were forced into a player's inventory. The rings always had the name of the spouse engraved as if it were synthesized with a high-quality crystal.
