General Notes Applies multiple debuffs requiring Erase, including Defense Down, magic Defense Down, Bio IV, and Evasion Down Spawns with 2 Palila's Vultures and summons/resummons them after using Reverbating Cry or Debilitating Surge. These Vultures will initially target whomever spawned Palila. Numbers of Vultures spawned depends on the remaining HP of Palila: 100-76%: 2 Vultures 75-51%:   3 Vultures 50-26%:   4 Vultures 25-11%:   5 Vultures 10-1%:     6 Vultures The Vultures will all use a TP Move in tandem with Palila. Damnation Dive has a potent stun. Vultures are susceptible to sleep, repose, and lullaby. Gains aura after the use of Crashing Thunder, increasing Palila's evasion and inflicting Avoidance Down which prevents parrying or blocking with a shield. The aura also grants Palila a potent regain effect and access to three additional TP moves: Static Prison: Powerful thunder damage, dispels 2 buffs, and applies a potent Paralyze. Weighted Flux: Conal damage, silence, and gravity. Spark Storm: Conal damage, Accuracy Down (-50), Magic Accuracy Down (-50), and reduces TP. Earth damage (including Tellus) and associated skillchains have a chance to proc , terrorize Palila, and remove the aura. While terrorized, Palila will no longer absorb thunder damage, and will have a resistance of 130% (+30% damage). See the Discussion page for published testimonials.
