  • Base proc rate with one merit is 5%, meaning 5 merits is a 25% proc rate.
  • If this job trait activates, no tool will be consumed.
  • This trait is enhanced by the job ability Yonin
    • This ability gives +30% proc rate initially, which decays to +10% over the duration).
  • The equipment below stacks with but does not depend on Ninja Tool Expertise acquired with merits.
