Fomor Hate
Appearance
You accumulate hatred from fomor mobs you have defeated. Each level gained increases aggressive detection range of Fomors.
This only applies to Fomors in the following zones:
Defeating the beastmen of the Tavnazia region reverses the Fomor hate so they again become non-aggressive. Resetting the maximum hate level will require defeating 50 beastmen.
- Trading a Fomor Codex to a Stale Draft while at max Fomor Hate will reduce your Fomor Hate. See: Swift Belt for locations.
It is possible to check the level of your Fomor hate by speaking with Resauchamet at (K-7) on the top floor of Tavnazian Safehold.
- All of the messages he tells you will sound foreboding but when he tells you that you have a good head start, your Fomor hate is at its lowest level.
Level 1
- "You still have a fairly good head start, but they will not let up until they have found you and filled your heart with poison and pain."
- This level means you are free to walk around Fomors in Sacrarium without Sneak (Status) and not receive aggro.
Level 2
- "They are close… It is only a matter of time before you have fallen within their reach."
- This level is reached after defeating only a few Fomor.
Level 3
- "Can you not feel the hands that reach up from the bottomless depths of hell? Can you not feel the gaze of a thousand eyes, glowing red with anger and hate?"
Level 4
- "The grip of evil is tightening on the very essence of what makes you who you are. Be forewarned, as it will not be long before you are confronted with a battle for more than just your life."
- This level is the one required to spawn the Swift Belt NMs with a Fomor Codex.
- Selecting the Stale Draft will tell you that "the Grip of evil is tightening..." when you may spawn it. Anything else is the result of an insufficient hate.
