Notes

• Applies a stackable debuff called Lethargic Daze, which can be applied up to 10 times (the current level is shown as the effect is applied to the target).
  • Quicksteps past the first extend Lethargic Daze duration by 30 seconds, to a maximum of 2 minutes.
  • Lowers evasion by 8 for the first level and 4 for each level after.
    • Evasion reduction = (Lethargic Daze Level +1)*4
• Grants 2 Finishing moves if it hits (can miss, be Blinked, or be Utsusemi-ed).
  • Grants only 1 Finishing move if the target is already afflicted with Lethargic Daze (lv.10) or if used with Dancer support job.
