General Notes Time Spawn every 20-30 minutes from (F-8/9)~(G-8/9). Originally respawned every 60-70 minutes, but was reduced in the November 2013 update. Spawns with a 30-40 damage Stoneskin. Uses no TP Moves. Only casts the spell Rasp, and will cast it regardless of if a player is in or out of melee range. May have an attack bonus.
