Sub-quest
While not technically quests, Octavien has another functionality that you can activate if you speak to him while wearing a Runic Weapon or Arrow (bangles do not work to trigger the quest).
The following actions yield three obtainable titles:
- Refuse to part with the equipment 7 times - Maester of Maddening
- Trade him any Runic Item after agreeing in the dialogue - Runic Emissary
- Trade him 20,000 Bayld worth of Runic Items in one trade - Blade Enthusiast
- Weapons - 3,500
- Arcane Flowerpot/Rune Bangles - 1,200
- Rune Arrow - 200
