Rice balls are a unique food in that they provide two different potential effects.

There is a minor gain from simply eating a rice ball, but any equipment that "Enhances the effects of Rice Balls" adds a bonus effect to the food. This effect is only active while the equipment remains equipped.

Wearing multiple pieces of this gear will increase all effects of the rice ball again.
- For example, a rice ball provides +50 defense from the equipment bonus, wearing two pieces of equipment that enhance the effect would provide +100, and wearing three would provide +150.
  - The base effect of a food that is granted regardless of the equipment does not increase.
Wearing equipment which "greatly enhances" or "fully Appreciated" rice balls will count as wearing two pieces of equipment, and thus doubling the bonus effect.
