• Speak to Tete at (I-5) of Port Bastok
• Obtain a Bomb Ash from the Auction House, Tenshodo vendors or Alchemy vendors, or by farming Lanterns/Bomb type mobs.
• Trade Bomb Ash to Benita to complete quest.
