Notes
The March 2010 update removed the ability to purchase this item with Windurstian Conquest Points and replaced it with the Combat Caster's Quiver, which can dispense the statistically identical Combat Caster's Arrow once per week.
If you still have one of these, you can trade it to a Windurstian Conquest Overseer to receive a Combat Caster's Quiver in return.
