Notes

• Exact trait progression and potency is unclear and difficult to test.
• Contributes towards the 80% Casting Time reduction cap, but does not affect recast.
• Further tests using AutoExec have shown that the value is roughly 30% (See References).
• Stacks additively with Fast Cast.
• Via BLM Gifts, an additional 8% is obtainable.
