Notes
Even though the dialogue when receiving this item implies that it may affect Mayakov, it does not appear to have any change in his Trust or his dialogue.
It does, however, have a special effect when swung. Music notes appear around the player upon swinging the club. This is the same effect as the Maestro's Baton. The sound when swung or hitting a monster remains the same as other clubs.

Historical Background
This item resembles a Maraca. They are rattle instruments usually shaken by the handle to create musical noises. They are used in many forms of Caribbean and Latin music.
