**Chthonian Ray [[Doom]] '''cannot be removed''' by any means and cannot be averted by turning away or breaking line of sight.
**If Revetaur dies, any [[Doom]] status will be removed.
**Chthonian Ray has no effect if target is already afflicted by [[Doom]].
*Can force NM to use Apocalyptic Ray by casting magic of the day's element to apply [[Doom]]
**This [[Doom]] can be removed with [[Cursna]], [[Holy Water]], [[Hallowed Water]]
*The safest method to defeat Revetaur is to rely solely on auto-attack damage, debuffs that do not cause damage in log, pets and trusts.
**This only applies to low DPS groups. Revetaur can be killed before Doom kills anyone in high DPS setups.
*NM can use [[Hundred Fists]].
