[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onychophora Onychophora] are ecdysozoan segmented invertebrates and prey upon smaller animals such as insects, which they catch by squirting an adhesive mucus. In appearance they have variously been compared to worms with legs, caterpillars, and slugs.

Inversely, in FFXI {{PAGENAME}} does not need to rely on the mucus of it's Slaverous Gale to catch its prey. As it can simply Doomvoid your party out of existence.
