* Manifestation functions on most enfeebling black magic spells that SCH learns natively or can utilize from a sub job.
** Manifestation typically does not work on spells that can be used only by other main jobs while subbing SCH, such as [[Distract II]] or [[Bio III]].
** Only Black Magic spells are compatible. White Magic enfeebles such as [[Slow]] and [[Paralyze]] do not work with this Stratagem.
* Manifestation also works with certain [[Dark Magic]] spells:
** [[Drain]], [[Aspir]], and [[Bio]] spells
** [[Stun]]
** [[Kaustra]]
** [[Klimaform]], notable for being compatible despite its effect being an enhancement
* Spells that do direct damage like [[Kaustra]] are subject to [[Magic_Damage#MTDR:_Multiple-Target_Damage_Reduction|Multiple Target Damage Reduction]] when calculating their damage.
**[[:Category:Drain/Aspir Spell|Drain and Aspir]] do not seem to suffer from this penalty when used with Manifestation.
* Activating this [[Stratagem]] doubles the MP cost and recast time of the spell and nullifies the [[Dark Arts]] recast time and MP cost reductions.
** When used from [[Scholar]] support job, Manifestation will triple spell recast.
