*Spawns at (K-7) on Map 2. Aggressive within 5'.
**The closest entrance is in [[Batallia Downs (S)]] at (I-6).
**Respawn is around 4-5 Hours.
*Draws in the entire alliance once aggroed, and draws in the alliance anytime Ethniu's target runs ~20'+ away.
**Will also prevent anyone from leaving the room past the lit brazer as well and triggers draw-in back a set spot in the room (152.000, -15.000, 290.000).
*Casts Aero IV, Aeroga III, Tornado, Graviga, Silencega, [[Zephyr Mantle]], [[Frightful Roar]], and [[Hecatomb Wave]].
**Levels up after the successful completion of any elemental or enfeebling spell.
***Does not level up after using Blue Magic.
***Stun will prevent the level up.
***Level ups cease after gaining ten levels.
**Casts a spell every 25-35 seconds.
**Frightful Roar and Hecatomb Wave will bypass, but not remove Utsusemi.
*Absorbs {{color|wind|wind damage}}.
*Possesses an enspell effect of either Silence or Enaero.
**Eneffects do not activate every attack swing, but can activate on each attack in the round..
**Only one eneffect will activate at a time.
**Enaero deals 100 a hit while Ensilence deals no damage and lasts for 15-30 seconds.
***Removable with Silena, Echo Drops, etc.
*Uses Gust Slash, Cyclone, Evisceration, and standard Fomor TP moves.
**Gust Slash and Cyclone will bypass, but not remove Utsusemi.
*Under 35%, Ethniu will use {{Icon|SP}} [[Perfect Dodge]] and then reactivate it every 5 minutes.
**Gains an invisible silence aura (~20'? {{Information Needed}}) during Perfect Dodge.
**Gains an enhanced rate of Triple Attack rate during Perfect Dodge.
***The rate is on the closer end of guaranteed to activate than not.
***Ethniu can deliver up to six attacks in a round with Triple Attack activating on both swings.
**Will not cast or use TP moves during Perfect Dodge.
*Despawns 2 hours after being claimed.
*In the event of a full party/alliance wipe, Ethniu will despawn with the message:<br>''"You have lost sight of the monster and can no longer sense its presence."''
*Susceptible to Blind, Stun/Violent Flourish and Poison.
*Immune to Break, Bind, Gravity, Paralyze, Sleep, Slow, and Silence.
====Enmity====
*As with [[Lugh]], [[Elatha]], [[Buarainech]], and [[Tethra]], Ethniu's enmity is unique.
**Focuses on the last person to perform an action without regard for how much enmity an action has.
***Actions include things such as offensive spells, abilities, or weapon skills.
****Missed weapon skills will not count.
***Melee swings and any spells or abilities that do not target it do not count as actions for hate shifting.
**Tanks can repeatedly cast Cure and other spells on the target in order to increase their action rate.
*Ethniu retaliates to magic being cast on it that pulls hate with an instant cast [[Aero IV]] against the caster.
**This will not cause Ethniu to level up.
**This also includes casting spells like Flash or Curing Ethniu.
**Retaliation with Aero will not interfere with the casting timer for spells.
***After an Aero IV retaliation, if the casting window is up then Ethniu will go right into the spell.
*Ethniu retaliates to job abilities and weapon skills used on it that pulls hate with a dagger weapon skill against the user.
**This does not consume Ethniu's TP, and as with casting it may immediately utilize a TP move afterwards if able.
