The forthcoming version update is scheduled to shimmy down the chimneys of good boys and girls in the middle of December.

While the level cap increase to 99 may be the most widely discussed implementation, that's not the only thing happening in Vana'diel! New job abilities and spells will of course accompany the increase, but players can also look forward to the third chapter of Voidwatch, new walks in the Walk of Echoes, and improvements to the game's interface.
