** This effect is also active when the Yagyu Darkblade is in the off-hand.
* The number of shadows received by party members is reduced by 2.
** The shadow bonus from [[Hattori Kyahan +1]] and [[Andartia's Mantle]] do not affect this total.
** [[Utsusemi: Ichi]] gives x1 shadow, [[Utsusemi: Ni]] gives x2 shadows, and [[Utsusemi: San]] gives x3 shadows.
