**Can be purchased from a [[Campaign Arbiter]] for 30 [[Allied Notes]] during Campaign.
*This item's intended use is to summon an NPC that looks like its icon - also named "Black Mine" - that uses an AoE attack called Mine Blast and then despawns.
**In practice, from its addition in March 2008 through a patch in April 2009, it also set a [[Summoner]]'s [[Avatar]]'s perpetuation cost to 0 MP until that avatar was [[Release]]d or died.
* 3 seconds after use, detonates and applies effect to nearby enemies.
