A Galka Bastokan historical figure.
He worked as a miner on the Quon continent around 480 C.E. and was also an excellent gladiator who was the undisputed champion of the Bastok Mines martial games.
One of his closest friends was the future Bastok President Meyer. When Meyer lead the resistance movement against San d'Oria, Dalha joined him and was later appointed as the first Commander of the Department of Defense. His main responsibilities were the protection of their workers and the formation of the Republican Army.
Dalha was the original wielder of the mythic weapon Glanzfaust.
The Dalha River is named after him.
