Notes
- Forces the next Double-Up/Phantom Roll/Wild Card to be a 1.
- Merits past the first rank also allow Snake Eye to give a small chance to automatically roll the number necessary to boost the total to 11 if the previous total is between 5 and 9.
- Very useful for adjusting rolls to get maximum potency.
- Be careful that you don't waste it/Wild Card.
