Eligibility
- Must have completed and turned in either all of the Trial by xx (uncapped) or Trial-Size Trial by xx (lvl 20) quests to the Tuning Fork NPCs in order to be able to purchase this key item.
- You must complete all six of either trial by xx OR Trial-Size Trial by xx. They do not work interchangably.
- This also includes speaking to the NPCs after winning the battles.
