- Unlocks Records of Eminence objectives for the RoE Quest 4 category when spoken to after completion of specific The Voracious Resurgence missions, for an overall total of 15 objectives.
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 4-4 : Peculiar Foes I - III
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 5-5 : Peculiar Foes IV - V
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 6-3 : Peculiar Foes VI - VII
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 7-4 : Peculiar Foes VIII - IX
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 8-3 : Peculiar Foes X - XI
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 9-4 : Peculiar Foes XII - XIII
- The Voracious Resurgence Mission 10-6 : Peculiar Foes XIV - XV
- These objectives can only be completed once per update cycle (Earth Month).
- Following the completion of The Voracious Resurgence, Elijah will begin to offer 1 Voracious Psyche per three Peculiar Foes objectives completed, for a total of 5 per monthly cycle. After completing The Voracious Resurgence Mission 11-3, you will need to talk to Elijah for some post-story dialogue. Zone & talk to him again and he will begin rewarding Voracious Psyche if you have completed the proper Records of Eminence objectives.
