Notes

• Reduces cumulative enmity from magic spells to 0.
• Removes the forced resistance to spells when the target has a resistance rank of 50% or lower for Elemental Magic.

• Does not change the damage reduction of magical resistant foes.

• E.g. A foe with a 50% resistance tier will still take a reduction in damage, but it won't be further hindered by a resist.

• Lower resistance tiers (greater resistance) impose greater and steeper magic accuracy requirements on the caster, which Subtle Sorcery will not address.
