Effect of each Rank	Gives +5% Weapon Skill Damage for the first three merit levels, and +2% for the subsequent merit levels.

Notes

• Overwhelm does not work with ranged Weapon Skills
• You must be facing the enemy to receive the Overwhelm bonus.
