Notes
- Steals an item from the enemy.
- Can steal a buff from the enemy (sometimes an undispellable one) instead of an item if Aura Steal is meritted.
- Steal+X is commonly interpreted to mean "Steal success rate +X%"
- The initial success rate is determined by your THF level and the item's base resale price (e.g. when you vendor it to an NPC).
- Non-vendorable items also have a resale value internally, used for trades like region points, fame, or conquest points.
- For high value items, it's said that the "Steal" cap can't be reached even with all available equipment. [1]
- The initial success rate is determined by your THF level and the item's base resale price (e.g. when you vendor it to an NPC).
- "Steal" takes items from a separate treasure pool than the treasure pool used when defeating an enemy.
