Notes

- Regen effect is 2 HP/tick
- Can be further augmented with Adds "Enhances 'Formless Strikes' effect" via Magian Trial 4960
- Enhances Formless Strikes by increasing duration by 6 seconds per merit level.
- Duration bonus must be worn on activation.
