Regardless of Dark Magic Skill, Klimaform gives Magic Accuracy +15
Can be used together with Manifestation to apply the buff to the caster's party within the area of effect.
Can not be used together with Perpetuance for an increased duration.
- Is not affected by "Enhancing Magic Duration +n%" effects in gear.
- Is affected by Composure's tripling of duration.
The effect of Klimaform does not stack with, and is overwritten by, the magic accuracy boosting effect of Intension gained from certain temporary items.
