Notes
- Occasionally allows Random Deal to restore two used job abilities (~10% proc rate on each player).
- Once augmented the Rem's Tale Ch.2 cost for reforging is reduced from x10 to x5.
- Enhances Loaded Deck effect by reducing the failure chance by an additional 10% per merit.
